2-Year Warranty Policy
At AXbos, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. All AXbos devices purchased directly from our website come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty, ensuring your streaming experience remains smooth and worry-free.
What’s Covered:
This warranty covers manufacturer defects and functional issues under normal use for two years from the original purchase date.
If your device encounters a problem, please contact our support team at support@axbos.com. Our technicians will help diagnose the issue and determine the best course of action.
If a repair or replacement is needed, you may send the device to us. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion free of charge.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any issues caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.
Accessories, packaging, and software updates are not included in the warranty coverage.
After the Warranty Period:
Even after your warranty expires, we’re still here to help. You may send your device to us for paid repair services.
While your unit is being repaired, we will provide a temporary account to ensure uninterrupted access to your AXionTV service.
